Refund Policy - Effective date [10/11/24]
At Sigma Algo (including but not limited to the SigmaVue platform), all sales are final. By purchasing any service (including, but not limited to, one-on-one sessions, bootcamps, live trading, subscription packages, or any other SigmaVue-related service) through fiat or cryptocurrency, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Refund eligibility
• No refunds will be issued once a service or plan has been purchased, except in the case of a plan selection error.
• By making a purchase, you accept all terms and agreements outlined in this policy and any related Terms of Service.
service delivery
• Automatic Delivery: All services (including course materials, software access, and community permissions) are typically granted automatically upon purchase, so there can be no valid claim of “product never delivered” or “damaged product.”
• Support Tickets: If you do not receive access or experience any issue with delivery, you must open a support ticket on our Discord server. We will work diligently to resolve any technical or access-related problems.
Plan selection mistakes
• If you have selected the wrong plan by mistake, please contactsupport@sigmaalgo.io as soon as possible
• We reserve the right to approve or deny any plan-change requests at our discretion.
Disputes & Account termination
• If you have concerns or believe there has been an error, contact us first atsupport@sigmaalgo.io (or through a Discord support ticket) to seek resolution.
• All unauthorized disputes initiated without first seeking resolution through Sigma Algo may lead to account termination and a ban from all products, services, and community channels, including by IP address and/or device.
